ADD ON INFORMATION

So what is an add-on?

An add-on is a sum of money donated by an individual, business, agency or organization to the youth seller (exhibitor). The donor is not interested in buying the youth's project, however they do wish to donate a sum of money to the youth to acknowledge their hard work and efforts put forth in their project.

How do I add-on to a project?

Simply register as a bidder at the Premium Sale on Saturday, January 7, 2023. Even if you do not purchase anything, you must have a registered bidder number for accounting purposes.

Refer to the Auction Sale Order Booklet on sale day. Each exhibitor is assigned a lot number.

Fill out an add-on sheet (available on sale day) with the exhibitor's name and lot number and the amount you want to add-on. You can add-on to one or multiple exhibitors.

Turn in your add-on sheet with your payment to the show office.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COOKE COUNTY JR LIVESTOCK SHOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT LOT #'S LISTED ON THE ADD-ON SHEET. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION PRIOR TO TURNING IN PAYMENT.

When is add-on payment due?

The show prefers that add-ons be submitted and paid on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the Premium Sale, however, the final deadline to submit add-ons with payment is Friday, January 13, 2023.
