All equine entries are required to provide copies of registration papers or grade horse description papers. Select the link above to access and print a copy of this form.
All eligible exhibitors of the Cooke County Jr. Livestock Show are REQUIRED to show and sell their own animal or project. If an exhibitor cannot exhibit or sell, it is the responsibility of the 4-H Extension Agent, Ag Teacher or FCS Teacher to submit a SIGNED and COMPLETED substitute exhibitor request form. This form must be turned in at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled show or sale date. Failure to do so may result in denial of request and disqualification from the show.
